Years 2 and 3
We would be very grateful if you would support your child with their homework. They need your supervision, but any work sent home will be a consolidation of skills learned in class and so children should be able to complete their work independently. 
REMEMBER: reading is VITAL! Your child cannot do too much reading, so encourage them to read regularly at home, both silently and aloud. 
Help them learn their multiplication tables, practise mental addition and subtraction, see if they can count on and back in 10's, 100's, 2's, 5's, 25's... the list is endless! But remember MAKE IT FUN!
