Harry Potter - the movie
On Tuesday 20th November, children in Years 2,3,4,5 and 6 were amongst the first to see the long-awaited Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

The Harry Potter film was excellent! Although the music was frightening and Professor Quirrel was scary the film was super; my favourite character was Ron. I would like to take the experience of being in the film,also you would have to stay away from home. I think it would not be that bad to be Harry's brother or sister. I liked the way the school was set out and how many owls took part in the film. I also think that the worst bit for Harry was when he tried to get on the platform 9 and 3 quarters. Also I think another sad thing for Harry was when he looked in the mirror and saw his mum and dad alive but they were really dead. Apart from that, Harry Potter was the best film I have ever seen.

I think that the Harry Potter film is brilliant.
My favourite character is Hermione because she is funnny , good at magic and is sensible most of the time. I would like to be her so I could do magic and hand around with Harry and Ron.
