On Thursday 29th March 2001, the children of the school celebrated the richness of Indian culture, by holding an India Day. We were visited by Glen Cosens, who has lived in India, and who brought with her many artefacts and pictures. We examined Indian textiles, pictures and heard Indian stories. We also cooked Indian food and had an Indian feast at lunchtime. These pages record how much we enjoyed learning about a culture, different to our own.
