Dear Parent/Carer
Class 2 Residential Trip to Everdon.
I have provisionally booked a three-day and two-night residential trip to Everdon for Class 2.
The trip will take place from Monday 12th May and children will return back to school around lunchtime on Wednesday 14th May.
The cost of the trip will be £87.00 per child, which will include full board, activities and transport.
The above payment can be paid in full or it can be broken down into the following instalments, which will need to be paid by the due dates:
Payment 1: £27.00 to be returned ASAP with permission slip.
Payment 2: £20.00 Due no later than Friday 29th February 2008.
Payment 3: £20.00 Due no later that Friday 28th March 2008.
Payment 4: £20.00 Due no later than Friday 30th April 2008.
If you would like your son/daughter to take part in the above trip, then please fill in the reply slip below, and return as soon as possible with your deposit of £29.50.
Further in depth details will be given nearer the time.
