Dear Parent/Carer

Christmas Singing at Althorp

Once again, we have been invited to sing at Althorp on Friday 23rd November 2007.

We will need parent volunteers to transport children to and from Althorp. We will be leaving school at 2.00pm.

Every child will be allocated one complimentary parent/guardian ticket, which will follow. These must be produced to gain entry. Unfortunately, if these are lost we cannot replace them and entry will be denied.

Unaccompanied children need to be collected at 3.10pm from the West Gate entrance.

No book bags are to be brought into school on that day, and a disposable lunch will need to be brought in.

Cluster Carol Concert

This will take place on Monday 3rd December at Bugbrooke church.

Children will leave school at 3.30pm and be transported to Bugbrooke church, where we will meet in the car park.

No book bags are to be brought into school on that day. Your child will need to bring a disposable packed lunch, as well as a disposable tea, that can be eaten easily at the church.

As the church is not very big, there is a limit of one adult per child to attend the service, which will begin at 6.30pm and finish at approximately 7.30pm. If you will not be returning for the concert, please ensure that you are at Bugbrooke church to collect your child, no later than 7.30pm.
