VM/SM/Duxford Monday 10th September 2007

Dear Parent/Carer

Duxford Imperial War Museum

As part of our topic on World War II, I have booked a trip to Duxford Imperial War Museum on Monday 24th September 2007, for Years 5 and 6.

The cost of the trip is £12.50 per child, and includes transport.

We will be taking part in the ?Home Front Talk? and also be visiting the following exhibitions:

The Normandy Experience
?Monty?
British Aircraft Collection
Battle of Britain

The coach will be leaving school at 9.00am prompt! We are unable to wait for latecomers as we are on a very strict time scale. We are hoping to be back at school for 3.30pm.

Children will need a disposable packed lunch and suitable clothing.

Goody bags are optional, at an additional cost of £2.50, which includes a bouncy ball, pencil and eraser. We will be pre-ordering the goody bags for collection on the day.

If you would like to pre-order one for your child, then please tick the appropriate box. Children are not allowed to take money with them on the day!
